@AskKubeir Please keep beating harder on this subject. We are legally married with dependent children,all legal documents submitted for over 2yrs. And yet this govt ,especially the minister of immigration doesn't even feel any passionate concerns about the whole situation. Its so deep

It's strange that workers in Canada are eligible for family reunification. But PRs and Citizens, who are married and applying for spousal PR applications, can not apply for work permits for their partners outside Canada and must continue to wait for months/years

The @globeandmail is reporting that in order to address the temporary residence backlog IRCC is considering in 450,000 applications to waive IRPR 179, which is the requirement that applicants show that they will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for their stay.

@SeanFraserMP Can we please prioritize the Family reunion. Or atleast start giving TRV for spousal. It's getting tougher and tougher and the distance making it worst.

@CanadaImmigra20 @V4Families Once again no progress toward improving processing times. My citizenship grant delayed 5 months due to IRCC administrative error. That time is not counted toward the 24 months it takes to process. No wonder so many immigrants decide to leave. Fix the backlogs. @SeanFraserMP
