Serious question…how cooked are first-time homebuyers here? $TNX looks like it’s breaking out of a 3-4 year bull flag on the HTF, and the monthly RSI has a near-perfect bullish divergence developing as well. If yields truly start making another leg higher from here, mortgage rates are going to stay brutally elevated. Bruh…the real estate market could genuinely crack over the coming years if this keeps up. Woof.

@StonkChris Good concept on $INFQ being a space play ALA Space X. $INFQ is a big sleeper.

Shake and bake kind of morning. A lot of small cap names are showing serious underlying strength today with $IWM leading the broader market higher. My 3 favorite setups right now: $INFQ $OUST $RDW Quantum + Robotics + Space. Those are exactly the kind of themes I want exposure to in this current market environment. 📈

@mcF_dan @FransBakker9812 Agree with the bullish take. Interesting how converts are almost always framed bullish for names like $CRWV, $NBIS, and $CIFR, but suddenly viewed as bearish when $IREN does it. Market clearly values AI infrastructure names differently depending on the narrative.
