@ClaudeDevs why are people complaining? A separate budget to run Openclaw via claude subscription is HUGE!
English

@sickdotdev 1. Why would someone acquire a company with 10 users? SaaS acquisition is at a 10 year low.
2. You're doing it wrong. Talk to customers. Find pain/need. Figure out what that's worth to them. THEN build it.
3. Don't build something no one needs and then ask them to pay for it.
English

@GergelyOrosz A lot of that is because 90% of AI builders still operate under the "if you build it, they will come" dilusion.
English

@Samaytwt It's more like AI makes everyone a developer like self-driving cars make everyone a driver.

@jun_song One Opus request can work for 12+ hours. I've had Opus run for 2 days on a single request.
English

@hunvreus A lot of what you are seeing is people tinkering and learning. I had 20+ agents running in the background. It cost me $1 per minute just with them sitting idle. I went full cycle back to doing it myself in claude code. Fun and production-ready things can be built! X is just ego
English

Talking to smarter folks than me, I'm convinced many of the AI folks in my timeline are full of shit.
Nobody is "running 20 agents over night" and building stuff for actual users. Maybe some are building internal tools or disposable software. Maybe.
But building software people like using? That doesn't get hacked on day one or blow up after the 3rd user? Nope.
I don't even understand what that's supposed to look like. Do you work out a 57 pages document that perfectly describes what you want to build and then summon 14 agents and have them run wild for 6 hours? And what comes out on the other end isn't a broken pile of shit?
Nope. Not buying it.
PS: it may also be that I have an IQ of 82 and can't figure it out.
English

@YashHustle_22 Neither of those make sense. You can't optimize for acquisition when starting out.
English

@melvynx Look at your sonnet usage. Stop using Opus for things sonnet can adequately do. Have Opus produce detailed specs and then hand off, aggressively, to Sonnet.
English

@YashHustle_22 Ship messy to see if anyone actually wants what you've built to validate the idea. Especially if you made the mistake of building something before speaking to a single customer. Fail fast.
English

@YashHustle_22 - Sales is the only thing that moves a SaaS company forward. Everything else is fluff.
