I love Claude Code - and I was a Codex acolyte. For my use, Claude Code is just better. But the amount of time I spent having to check if claude is having API issues is getting a bit old.

@ClaudeDevs why are people complaining? A separate budget to run Openclaw via claude subscription is HUGE!

This means that third-party tools built on the Agent SDK like Conductor and OpenClaw work with your Claude plan, but will draw from your credit the same way your own scripts do.

Starting June 15, paid Claude plans can claim a dedicated monthly credit for programmatic usage. The credit covers usage of: - Claude Agent SDK - claude -p - Claude Code GitHub Actions - Third-party apps built on the Agent SDK

I can't run faster than when I realize I hit my claude code (max) session cap and left "extra usage" turned on.

Opus 4.7 isn't shy about managing multiple sub-agents. It just launch 16 Sonnet-sub agents on parallel work-streams for the same repo.

For those trying to find value in vibe coding - I highly recommend you look at the Sandler Sales Funnel. It's a guided conversation to see if a customer has need and the solution is valuable. Start here. Start with finding value. Don't build without it.

@sickdotdev 1. Why would someone acquire a company with 10 users? SaaS acquisition is at a 10 year low. 2. You're doing it wrong. Talk to customers. Find pain/need. Figure out what that's worth to them. THEN build it. 3. Don't build something no one needs and then ask them to pay for it.

– grab Claude Code – wrap it into something and call it “AI-powered SaaS” – price it at $25/month – get 10 users – flip it at a 10× ARR multiple ($300k) and yet… nobody’s really doing this 🤔

@GergelyOrosz A lot of that is because 90% of AI builders still operate under the "if you build it, they will come" dilusion.

While AI agents make building software much faster (esp for experienced devs) - they seem to not make it any easier for early-stage startups to find PMF. Talked with 2x “AI-pilled” founders who are v productive devs, are building their startups. It remains damn hard, AI or not

@hunvreus A lot of what you are seeing is people tinkering and learning. I had 20+ agents running in the background. It cost me $1 per minute just with them sitting idle. I went full cycle back to doing it myself in claude code. Fun and production-ready things can be built! X is just ego

Talking to smarter folks than me, I'm convinced many of the AI folks in my timeline are full of shit. Nobody is "running 20 agents over night" and building stuff for actual users. Maybe some are building internal tools or disposable software. Maybe. But building software people like using? That doesn't get hacked on day one or blow up after the 3rd user? Nope. I don't even understand what that's supposed to look like. Do you work out a 57 pages document that perfectly describes what you want to build and then summon 14 agents and have them run wild for 6 hours? And what comes out on the other end isn't a broken pile of shit? Nope. Not buying it. PS: it may also be that I have an IQ of 82 and can't figure it out.

@melvynx Look at your sonnet usage. Stop using Opus for things sonnet can adequately do. Have Opus produce detailed specs and then hand off, aggressively, to Sonnet.

We can all say it... Claude 20x is dead. The previous "feel unlimited usage" doesn't exist anymore. Usage increases quickly and scales really fast... People who discover Claude Code now: you missed a time that will never come back, I think.

@YashHustle_22 Ship messy to see if anyone actually wants what you've built to validate the idea. Especially if you made the mistake of building something before speaking to a single customer. Fail fast.
