Cool moment when Galen Robinson Jr. asked his former head coach Kelvin Sampson a question on Sampson's media Zoom session today. With Sampson almost immediately crediting his program's pioneering point guard for helping set the stage. "You gave all those kids who came behind you permission to go to the University of Houston," Sampson says. With Robinson set to be the TV analyst for UH's next game (December 29 vs. Middle Tennessee), Sampson is pumped to actually listen to the broadcast later. "What an unbelievable opportunity for Galen," Sampson says. "I think this is something you're going to grow with. . . "Sometimes I listen with (no) volume. Like I had no idea what was being said in the Arkansas game because I just saw our copy. I usually watch it with no volume on. Or no audio. "But I'm going to listen to this one. I'm going to listen to this one. And this may be the first time I call an announcer and give him a grade." 📷@fcarters

University of Houston coach Kelvin Sampson with an in-season worthy smackdown of the trend of individual workout coaches that so many players rely on these days. "If you're playing in a one on zero tournament, I think you'd be pretty good. The problem is we play five on five."

On the money 💰 Thanks for having us tonight @RaginCajunsBSB 🤟 #GeauxCajuns
