Since the launch of ChatGPT:
Full-time employment for recent grads in the most AI-exposed fields (CS, computer engineering, info science) dropped sharply from 70% to 55%.
Least-exposed fields (education, philosophy, civil eng) fell just 1.5 points.
Some argue that the big surge in CS enrollments increased supply.
Brynjolfsson’s research shows sharper drops for young AI-exposed workers, but broader labor data still shows no widespread AI unemployment “yet.”
For the foreseeable future, it’s still safest for graduates in fields least exposed to AI.
Trades, even better.

@neetcode1 I hope they hurry up. I don't want to be stuck in this limbo of people saying that AI replacing everyone is imminent for decades

@Logs_importer @nicksortor Wow, this is just amazing to see such a piece of living history.

@biggieU_U DS2 had its problems and a couple of really bad zones and bosses but the pvp was the best in the series

@ShirrakoGaming Messmer and Rennala were much easier but so much more enjoyable for me. In general, the DLC had great bosses but Radahn was one of the weaker ones.

@xiongmaoxuanchn @chinafutureclub Thanks for the insights. The way friends of mine described Shenzhen I thought of it more as a work city than one with abundant social opportunities but maybe that is changing.

@Theodosius32 @chinafutureclub I have a friend who moved there from Shenzhen. She is single and without kids so she always said she misses Shenzhen social life (somehow), but praises Wuhan for being more family-friendly and liveable.
