So it's clear: hand is part of the ball for Wallace's swipe. If defender makes clean contact to dislodge the ball *first* then subsequent contact is incidental. And then the ball was clearly going to be recovered by Wallace, for imminent possession that goes to OKC. Lots of moving parts
