Romeo Doubs doesn’t have the Red Zone threat reputation per se but at 6’2” 205lbs with his ability to get open quickly vs press coverage with his twitchy releases, he’s going to really help the Patriots Red Zone offense that often struggled. Maye will look his way often.

@tkyles39 Does this give you any insight into their overall plans on offense? Ie having a "move" FB versus a thumper does it mean more zone runs misdirection etc?

@John_Zannis Hendersons vision was absolutely terrible. He didnt seemed to run into holes and I am not sure i ever saw him jump cut. Just not the game breaker we thought. Williams I wonder (hope) Its a relationship development thing with him and Drake. Get more reps and take the Boutte path

@ThetikosM I’m pretty worried. Henderson really lacks vision and not good at evading or breaking tackles. William didn’t show anything.

Nothing about the Patriots changes heading into next season just because of what happened in the Super Bowl. Drake Maye takes another leap. Will Campbell needs another year to show he can play LT. More OL depth. Massive upgrades at WR/TE. Edge help. Same before. Same now

@SavageSports_ These 2 back to back plays actually opened my eye too...could Maye really pull this off? Then he comes out from his own 4 and is pushing the ball downfield. The first pick ended all hope of that, but the spark was there for a moment.

Buried in a really bad game for the entire offense, Drake Maye had the best throw of the Super Bowl. Sky is the limit for Drake. Just need to support him

@BigDogCam77 @NFL_DF Looking through it i felt the same. When he got hands early he seemed to fight through decently. But when he sat back he didn't anchor to survive a bull rush because he hesitated. That CB blitz rep was bad though...

@NFL_DF The reps he lost almost always were timing of his punch and setting too vertical. He was too far back and gave them too much space makes it really hard not to get bull rushed at that point. Another loss he lunged at the CB blitzing. Not 14 pressures maybe 6.

I was at the 2011 Super bowl and this one hurt me differently because...I had to console my 10 year old son. Its been such a blessing and fun to watch @Patriots with him this year and I think I'll miss talking and creating memories with him #PatsNation

@AdamArchuleta Despite his success I think Josh is underrated. He (rightfully so) gets a bad wrap for the HC stints and the one he ghosted but is a gifted play designed, play caller and QB developer. Not sure Drake would be where he is without him.

SAME LOOK but Maye sees it pre-snap, adjusts the play/protection, and gets it to Rhamondre Stevenson for 46 yards. Terrific adjustment between series.
