i came out as trans to my bi gf of 7 years and she cried all night, told me i needed to go to therapy, booked herself intensive therapy session and then three months later came out as straight and broke up w me right before my birthday

Tired of seeing people try to advocate for trans men but needing to add "yes they have male privilege, but-"
If that privilege can be taken away from someone outing you then is it really privilege?
Wouldn't we see trans men in the positions of power often reserved for cis men?

That's not even accounting for all the ways trans men are discriminated against simply for being trans, or their difficulty accessing the appropriate healthcare for their bodies.
If I was a trans man, I'd be pretty upset at the idea that I had any "male privilege."
