@ThinkEco I have been emailing for missing points again for the past 18 months.
This program has been a disaster. Points must now be redeemed by June 30th 2020. Without any warning..... suddenly over 58000 points were expired during the Covid-19 crisis.

Very infuriating and shameful your treatment of customers that helped you @ConEdison with managing spikes on the grid with @ThinkEco technology, only to be subjected to a customer treatment that would make a great @ComedyCentral or @nbcsnl sketch of how utilities treat customers!
@ConEdison I don't appreciate calling your #SmartAC 8008620152 customer support and have an IVR with 3 options, all of which go to same department that has been instructed to call 8007526633 which is IVR for account information with nothing to do the program run with @ThinkEco
@ThinkEco you have the most unreliable customer service ever. You make cable companies look good. You didn't call me back when I left my number. You didn't call for 7p appt today. Your chat is not available. Your phone help is always "experiencing a high call volume."
