We should have some of the generalist 'Junior Developer' roles coming soon which are a good entry point for post bootcamp.
@benunsworth@hawkida Historically we've only hired 'Junior Developers', and tried to expose them to frontend, backend and maybe some webops. They tend to also follow their interests naturally so may decide to work more on some things than others.
