Peabody's new Thamesmead development is a ghost town. No commercial units appear occupied. Apparently only 60 per cent sold. No surprise at £550k for a flat.

@TheMurkyDepths It might help if they moved the library out of the portacabin and into the building they made to house it. I can't understand why that wasn't done ages ago.

They've also taken so long to build in surrounding area at other plots there's no footfall for these units. They haven't even started next door at Binsey Walk
