@awais_hameed @PTCLOfficial Filed a complaint with PTCL for unstable internet. Staff threatened me to withdraw it, then falsely marked my line “closed on customer request.” PTCL later claimed “services not working.” With PTCL the only ISP here, I had to beg staff to reconnect. Pure monopoly. @PTCLOfficial

@PTCLOfficial broadband is a nightmare and their complaint system is a hell. In this modern age where internet has replaced cable TV and almost every other household uses it for work from home, you cannot get your issue resolved unless you approach someone in the PTCL. It is 4th day that my broadband is not working and I am reminding them daily but to no avail. The helpline parrots will repeat same sentence adding insult to your injury. @PTAofficialpk is accomplice of these companies in causing mental torture and monetary losses to consumers. We have absolutely no effective forum to get our grievances addressed even after a quarter is passed of the 21st century. (Using @PTCLOfficial only because no private service provider is available) #Pakistan @PTCLCares
