The bullpen is back to disappointing, but it's not Baker and Kelly. Cleavinger only shows up in situations that don't matter and Seymour is green and only there because of injuries. Even Jax? Letting Rasmussen down stinks.

I've a routine of checking the top performing Star Wars vids of the week on YouTube. More and more it's AI nonsense.
I really do think "Star Wars YouTube" as a big thing supporting many fulltime creators is mostly at an end. Was a fun run. Maybe to return upon the next trilogy lol.

It's not that I regret doing what I thought was right and honorable, but that it might not have been necessary.
I'm not sure there's even anything to learn, but the podcast has seen some all-time struggles of late.

#StarWars composer John Williams scored one of my absolute favorite tv series intros: LOST IN SPACE (1965)! He retooled the theme for Season 3, and if this doesn't make you think of "high adventure", nothing will! 🎬👍

@MasteroftheTDS @WritingRaven2 I fell asleep in the first episode. I barely made it through on night two. It's boring to me. I was excited for a second season. I liked the "getting the band together" aspect of season one. Im not really looking forward to a full season now.

Netflix One Piece Live Action season 2
7.5/10
Some bad acting, wonky CGI and unnecessary race swaps but it was still a very enjoyable experience.

Started out fast. Stuck to principles and suffered for it. All I can do is endure it and trust not in my own understanding. It hasn't been easy and it doesn't look like it will change. Still trying to find joy.

It hurts to have another door slammed in my face and it’s hard to not waver when it does. I’m starting to really question my worth, abilities, and my lack of standing out. I don’t do what I do for the sake of those things but man does it hurt when silence and lack of care on the other party’s end basically tell me I’m not even really a top choice. At best maybe sloppy thirds

I'd go a step further and say she knows Star Wars, but wanted to change it. She wanted to make Star Wars into a mouthpiece for her agenda, not expand on lore from Lucas.

@MaceAhWindu She knows them, but she doesn't understand them. She repeatedly establishes that the Jedi suck, they're awful, they're corrupt and useless. Keep in mind, this is a trilogy of films where their fall is presented as a tragedy, and their return as a triumph.

I see she's still trying to pretend that show wasn't absolute garbage.
Canon is and always has been (since the acquisition) a problem for the story group because individuals in the group have their own "head canon" they like that ends up finding it's way into a show or movie and "back doors" it's way into the likewise liberal minded wookieepedia. Without one clear road map, anything goes.

It is astounding that Paramount spent over 100 million dollars producing Starfleet Academy. The worst television produced in the streaming era and it isn't even questionable at this point. The only thing that truly worries me is the writers of this show are allowed to drive, vote, eat with anything sharper than a spork, and walk around free among us without supervision because they are a danger to themselves and others.

@spotifycreator re: an appeal . The artist seems to use a clip from the movie in his song without alteration and not for commentary/fair use. How the artist escaped infringement is unclear, but he is not the copyright owner of that clip in the first place and not using it for fair use. Our channel is using it in commentary of Star Wars content.
