The left doesn't understand. I don't feel like "a guy I admired" was assassinated. That would be bad enough. I feel like a brother was brutally murdered in front of me, and every single person on the left shares culpability. The left can think that's silly, overblown, illogical, or ridiculous, to feel that way about a man I've never met, but that's how I and, I'm sure, millions of people in this country are taking this terrible loss. Everyone is talking about how angry they are, furious, outraged... I get it, but that's not what I feel towards the left at all. I felt outrage when Trump was shot. This is something different. I feel nothing for these "people" except a horrible, dispassionate, and terrifying resolve and disgust to the core of my soul.

Oh, so letting your kid die is better than losing your job and going into medical debt. What's the cutoff? If they're 15, the debt is worth it, if they're in the womb just go to work, slave? Nah, fuck that. Also, she had a husband ostensibly with a job. They're damned fools if they set up their insurance through her job and not his. And also, there's tons of charities and help for pregnant women without insurance. You just don't want to blame the mother (or the father) for the choices made here, you want to blame the system, or the company, or someone other than the one who actually made the choice to risk her child's life.

I never trust a clipped video to tell the whole story. He could easily have said or done something that legitimately warranted an ass beating and then turned on the camera to use in court to get custody. I've had a girlfriend try and bait me like that before. (Not for custody, I don't have kids, just to get me arrested.) But my daddy raised me better and I just left.
