@UIDAI Is Blue Bal Aadhar needed for those who already have got regular aadhar for their below 5 years kids? Also what is the procedure to convert regular aadhar to Blue aadhar?

#UIDAI extends free online document upload facility till 14th March 2024; to benefit millions of Aadhaar holders. This service is free only on #myAadhaar portal. UIDAI has been encouraging people to keep documents updated in their #Aadhaar

I know people who have been in therapy for 10+ years and actually suck more. Therapy has become an industry that preys on codependency & making people believe there’s something deeply wrong with them, usually blamed on parents/childhood Lots of coddling, no incentives to get individuals to a place where they can leave therapy, continued fracturing of families because of improper blame, zero consideration for societal factors impacting mental health. Therapy is sometimes helpful when going through times of extreme change or trauma but otherwise seems to be damaging for many
