How it felt inviting my parents to my PhD graduation:

Have to give a presentation with a slide limit, so here's a hypothetical: Say you make a slide, then use animations to gradually replace everything on that slide - does it still count as one slide? This is the "Ship of Theseus" of the modern world.

Four years ago I started my PhD, and today I have finally submitted my thesis. Thank you to everyone in the Warwick LHCb group who have helped over those years!! I now look forward to starting new research work at Lancaster University, again 😅

It's the end of @NAM2023_Cardiff and the end of my final ever Astro conference! So much fascinating science and lots of interesting people 🌌🔭 great to see so many @LancUniPhysics @LUniverse__ people with talks and posters and running sessions @Iz_garland!🌹🌹🌹

Had an incredible time at #NAM2023 (even despite managing to injure myself on day 1)! It was an absolute pleasure to present my work, and to witness some of the incredible science that has been going on in the world of astronomy. 🌌
