My Full statement on the Office of Planning’s draft Future Land Use Map. Rent in DC is still too expensive. Owning a home is still out of reach for too many of our residents. Making it easier to build more housing is essential to solving those problems. Sam makes a fair argument for Herbert I must say. What he’s missing is that historically the MVP award isn’t just a narrative award. It’s stats driven. The last QB I can think of that had pedestrian passing numbers like Herbert did this year was Steve McNair in 2003.

I was the Justin Herbert vote. The guy had the worst offensive line in the NFL all season and despite that he was working miracles in almost every single game. Stafford's OL became 2/5ths as bad as Herbert's for 5 minutes and he became a turnover howitzer. He embodied 'value'.
