@RedNinetyFour Hands are kinda small, wrists not very flexible and he’s too fast-twitch for his own good sometimes, it is improving tho and we know he works hard so I’m not too worried about that part of his game

Something I don’t understand at all is why Amen Thompson can’t dribble. I completely get why he can’t shoot. There’s a lifetime of flawed mechanics ingrained into muscle memory that needs to be undone with only the offseason for un-interrupted reps. But you would think there would be at least something of a bag by now. Even if he never learns how to shoot, just simply having some change of direction moves other than the same right-left euro would yield exponential results for him. What he has over Ben Simmons is that he’s fearless.

That’s what I’m getting at, the idea wasn’t necessarily bad but in practice it’s not working out so far and needs reworking

If the goal is to have the best NBA product to enjoy the current rule is not working, so I believe some kind of change is needed.

@quiroz_taylor @Curlytoes02 @Hoopss @SportsCentralO Should be more like 62 or 60, the idea was to reduce load management, not to punish players for getting injured, especially when many contracts have clauses related to all-nba/all-defense and other awards. Or make the game requirements strictly for MVP/DPOY/ROY, change something

@1legflamingo @CryLawson I assume it was a calculated risk since on paper we had plenty of wing depth with Tari Bari KD, and our 3 bigs in Capela Sengun Adams, but with Fred and Steve going down, that plan backfired as a guy like NAW or another guard is, *in hindsight*, a better fit, injuries ruined it.

We all knew that his high 3p% was fraudulent. He had the benefit of playing next to ELITE playmakers as well. Not saying Sengun isn’t but Luka is level above

@1legflamingo @CryLawson Same with Alpi’s injury, average fans seem to underestimate the affect of ankle/foot instability due to an injury in that area on a 6’7+ human’s ability to move quickly and reactively. I do think we might’ve overpaid if he doesn’t get to 100% soon tho I will say.

@Kd7_Szn looks like he’s bringing the ball across his frame/head more than before, it was slightly rigid but always flowed up to the right of his midline or on the midline but I saw a few recently look like a KD-esque ball path and I hated it, KD is 1of1, Jabari needs to be himself.

Using enies lobby as an example, everyone on the crew was helping eachother with their fights while luffy was completely taking lucci alone

i watched east blue w my mom recently and i lowkey was harshly reminded how much of a creature luffy was. like in perspective he literally crawled out of a jungle after training for 3 years instead of socializing and u can kinda tell
