It's been a great year with new deals agreed and importantly getting some challenging ones over the line. We were delighted to sell the unbroken freehold of Sherriffs Gate in Worcester comprising 213 apartments in the first #BTR in Worcester which has already let over 100

When this house was being valued for probate I pointed to the executors out there were 3 building plots in the garden The preferred agent disagreed with me There are now 3 houses in the garden - the beneficiaries were £750,00 light on their inheritance
