@Expedia requesting review of Case ID 27799000. Apr 6 Emirates itinerary via Dubai. Traveling with a 3-year-old and concerned about the current regional situation. Would appreciate guidance so we can plan alternative travel if needed.

@Thomas_Knapper @stevencollings @KumarRohitTalks @Expedia @ExpediaHelp Did you have any luck with your refund? They just gave me emirate credit on the day it was cancelled and said it needs to request a bank refund to Emirates but that could take up to several weeks

@Expedia @Expedia @ExpediaHelp Emirates has now updated its policy to cover travel up to mid-April with rebooking/refund options. My Apr 6 itinerary (Case ID 27799000) is included. Agents are still unable to assist. Please escalate to airline desk urgently.

Emirates has resumed reduced flight operations after a temporary suspension earlier this morning (16 March, 2026). Some flights from today’s schedule have been cancelled. Affected customers will receive a cancellation notice and will be advised on reaccommodation options. Customers transiting in Dubai will only be accepted for travel if their connecting flight is operating. Please do not go to the airport unless you hold a confirmed booking. Emirates continues to monitor the situation, and we will develop our operational schedule accordingly. Customers can review the latest operational updates on emirates.com, and should check their email for notifications about changes or cancellations to their flights before travelling to the airport.
