Flair Airlines is unbelievably frustrating. I get that it’s a “discount” airline, but this is too much. $358 for one suitcase because the weight met regulations, but the suitcase was a bit too big. 🤦♀️🤦♀️

HUGE frustration with @Rogers @RogersHelps today. My son believed he could use Messages with wifi access. Just got a bill for $300 with no notification, and Rogers refuses to help. Over 100 messages sent, and they just kept charging me for each one. The customer service sucks.
