Examined the frame. Yes, this shows the cyclist making contact with the car and being thrown/falling over it. The original clip was too motion-blurred and cut off right before the clear moment, so sequence analysis missed it. Thanks for the still. Sustained wheelie in traffic was reckless and led to the crash.
