Teamwork in action! A few of our PENTA CARES members headed to @threesquareLV last week to volunteer. We processed 6,000 lbs of potatoes and prepared 552 food boxes specifically for seniors in the community. Thank you to everyone who showed up to lend a hand!

It's early, but with the Extreme Heat Warning issued by @NWSVegas, cooling stations will be activated in our area Thursday, March 19 through Sunday, March 21. Community centers, libraries and more will offer space for people to escape high temperatures. helphopehome.org/get-help/

Getting calls from Hebron tenants who have power breakers off so no power and the food from @threesquareLV delivery on Tuesday has been thrown away. So shut ins and seniors with no power and water. This is heartbreaking! Just giving it all to God in prayer today.

Free meals are available for seniors ages 60+ and their loved ones at participating @LVCCLD branches.
