@NetatmoSupport Already did through the help center, a technician asked access to my infra, my relay has been unreachable for the past hour, in the middle of the winter. Tried asking for update via mail (with Frederic) but no answer. Would you mind following up asap ?

So @NetatmoSupport thermostat no really working. Away mode and frost guard are keeping the temp as is (ie no changes to the regular mode) + my scheduled are rounded up to the zero ( I.e 19.5 becomes 19) all of it happening since yesterday

@nachor81 @NetatmoSupport Was your issue fixed ? I have exactly the same. Plus the schedule doesn’t seems to like the .5 degrees anymore (19.5 is scheduled for a room but only shows up as 19 in the app)

@NetatmoSupport Now it is connecting with the server but this option is not going well

@NetatmoSupport something is happening with your servers. Out of home mode in the app is not changing the temperature to what it should set. It maintains the current temperature. I have tried twice this morning and it is not working.
