This is a really bad thing. These jobs in healthcare aren’t nurses or doctors. They’re middle managers, billing specialists, and people whose sole job is to extract the maximum amount of government dollars for large hospital systems. They don’t make care better. In fact, they make it much worse. They harass the frontline workers, physicians and nurses, driving them to early exits from clinical medicine. They consider patients nothing more than widgets. Worst of all, they make your cost of healthcare higher. They are so parasitic that they consume all non-healthcare jobs. Employers can’t hire more workers and companies can’t expand because these parasites just destroy wealth. This trend is a bigger threat to America than anything else.

Florida now has the highest-ever per-pupil funding which led to the High-school graduation rate hitting a state-record 92.2%. School grades have improved dramatically (71% A or B in 2025). Under DeSantis, Florida ranks #1 state for education freedom and parental empowerment; #1 higher-education system  (U.S. News); #1 in workforce education, Highest-ever NAEP scores in reading/math for 4th/8th graders. He expanded universal school-choice options (Family Empowerment Scholarship); Parental Rights in Education Act (protecting parents from early classroom instruction on sexual orientation/gender identity); banned DEI programs and CRT-style curricula in public schools and universities; and made sure there was no tuition hikes at state colleges/universities. Florida has achieved a 50-year crime low under DeSantis. He backs and pays the blue. He's known for handling hurricanes better than anyone through his use of Florida State Guard. He cut through red tape so that recovery projects get done fast and ahead of schedule. He's implemented multiple successful measures to counter illegal immigration and to protect Florida, like banning Chinese land purchases near critical infrastructure. His COVID-19 Response was best compared to every big state, with his early reopening, rejected prolonged lockdowns/mask mandates; kept schools and businesses open, prioritized data over fear, protected Florida’s economy and tourism while other states struggled. His Patient Savings Act to lowered family costs; 47% drop in children entering child-welfare system; 33,000+ Floridians have come off public assistance. He created Florida Department of Commerce and Department of Government Efficiency and now Florida has the lowest state employees and government cost per capita in the U.S. Florida ranks #1 or #2 in economy, education, and workforce metrics; #6 overall best state. He's fighting his own legislature to try and abolish propery taxes for homestead properties. For Floridians he's brought prosperity, opportunity, safety, and he preserved constitutional freedoms, even in times of crisis.

If you’re spending the first weekend of spring at a No Kings rally, let me be the first to tell you if no one else has: you are a fucking loser.

Everyone has heard the phrase “Show me your friends and I’ll show you your future.” I’ve spent the last year reading every business book I could get my hands on and trying to expand my circle to people who are doing exceptional things, particularly in real estate. I spent this week in Scottsdale at the #TIS Mastermind with some of the highest level guys I’ve ever been around. It’s a group of really smart and really humble guys who spent the week digging into each other’s businesses, solving problems, and finding ways to get to the next level as fast as possible. Among the biggest takeaways was this: Your ability to succeed is directly correlated to how often you can say “screw it, we’ll figure it out” and just go for it. These guys were all really smart, no doubt, but the reason this group has thousands of rental properties and millions of dollars in different businesses is because they’re a group of doers. They don’t need all the answers. They show up and figure it out. They jump off the cliff and build the plane while they’re in the air. Each time I’ve leveled up with the people I surround myself with, my life follows. It’s a lot easier to rise to your environment than it is to just rise to your goals. If I want to grow faster, think bigger, execute at a higher level, I need to be in rooms where that’s normal. This was one of those rooms. They’re all playing a different game where average doesn’t exist. Learned a lot, got challenged and left with a lot to implement and an urgency to get it done.
