@BritishGasHelp is there anything you can do to help? I apparently need to submit meter readings. The app won't let me, and the messaging system doesn't work.
@gplama Shane this is a long shot. But do you happen to have the 530 firmware you used to update your device from a few weeks ago? Not sure who else to ask.
