Blinken @SecBlinken, the US Secretary of State, regarding the lack of implementation of the Pretoria Agreement, signed on Nov 2, 2022, between the Ethiopian govt and the TPLF. Today, on the International Day for the Elimination of Sexual Violence in Conflict, we call for the end of gender based violence that continues in Tigray & for justice for all victims of the #TigrayGenocide. Without justice & accountability, the wounds of war continue to fester.
