Can u run thousands of ads at the same time? Like at what ad spend per month does meta say, you can do whatever u want? I don’t think I have seen any Indian ad account run more than 700 ads

I am at a point of reach where if I publicly appreciate the work of any employee, they get job offers soon after. So far, poachers have not been able to hire even one of our top people. In one case, a company’s HR saw so many 2x+ plus existing CTS offers being rejected by our team that the HR person ended up applying to us instead. True story. 🫣

Stop having multiple partners at the same time. There is one female friend of mine, and she used to talk with two guys at the same time, do lovey-dovey chats, hang out with them. (as being a girl you always have the option) Now the first guy has confessed his feelings to her and asked her for a relationship. But he wasn't stable, so she went with the 2nd guy and dumped the first one. I just have one request: if money is your priority, do find a rich guy ; no harm in it. If you want beauty, find a beautiful girl. But please never be with someone whom you don't want in the first place and you just want to pass the time with.

sunday musings: we should not judge people just because their life looks messy. things break for real reasons like cofounder mismatch, divorce may all be someone else’s mistake. not everything is in your control. trying to look perfect or avoiding hard decisions just to keep things together is not smart. optimise for what is right for you and not for a public expectation of a sorted life.
