@TileGiantHelp Customer service is non existent. Been trying to sort out a complaint and even sent an email to Matt Williams. No response from the boss so what would you expect from his employees. Go somewhere else for your flooring and tiles.

@TileGiantHelp just tried to return an unopened box of tiles to store and was told I couldn’t because they’d been ordered in, contrary to advice given at the time of ordering. Please advise.

@mpw_ @LeedsNews as advised, the company is under new ownership and all pending orders will be honoured. There is an official statement from our new owners on our official LinkedIn page. No further information will be given at this time.

So @TileGiantHelp, you say on your phoneline that you provide excellent ‘customer service’. Placed order 26/1 only to find out after calling 6 times that order hasn’t been placed yet?! Shocking service and not one person taking ownership of my issue. #rubbishservice

@CuervoAdsl The exact wording on the promotion states that it is an extra 25% off tiles, which is exactly what we have offered and the wording makes it is clear its is a discount for tiles.

@TileGiantHelp I asked the shop worker how much adhesive I needed for a 19m2 area.I was told to buy 7 bags… started tiling and got just short of half way on 1 bag. Checked online calculators and it says 3 bags for this area ! I read the receipt and found I can’t return the extra
