@hankin_anna @Matt_T_Mayer Better would be to just use a calibrated diode and use the current of the diode to adjust the light intensity.

@hankin_anna @Matt_T_Mayer You can take the range of wavelengths that your solar simulator with "AM1.5 filter" emits and then calculate the power of true AM 1.5 over that range using the NREL spreadsheet, and then tune the light source to that value (likely much less than 100mW/cm2).

📢A question for solar fuels researchers☀️: when you measure the spectra (W/m2/nm) or power output (W/m2) of your light sources, up to what wavelengths in the infra red do you measure? I.e. over what wavelength range is the spectrum integrated to achieve exactly 100 mW/cm2?
