@tink_ina If starting with baseline 30% of normal capacity then have 20% improvement to be 36% of normal capacity is still not a cure. There should be significant improvement every 6m upto 80% of normal capacity or atleast 3yrs after treatment started (whatever happens 1st), if it works.

@tink_ina Those with severe cases should be clearer to sub-group using more objective measures and less focus on subjective measures for sub-grouping/results. Also need evidence that initial ~20% claimed benefit can continue for another +20% plus another +20% after longer followups.

Very severe #mecfs should be the poster child for the disease. Not its most “mild” stage. The messaging needs to shift. I worked on a post for weeks to represent stage 3 & 4, & asked for input from other sick people and healthy people. This post is now up on insta. #longcovid

@DougWahl1 Some person(s) close to Trump are taking advantage of insider info. USA gov/military/CIA are so much infiltrated that the Kremlin knows what Trump is going to do before Congress does. Ukr have frequently delayed sharing info with Western allies until long after bc of past leaks.

Not enough people are talking about this. Hungary’s incoming PM has said that Viktor Orbán used Hungarian government funds to help finance CPAC, the flagship networking event for GOP candidates, members of Congress, and conservative media in this country. Under U.S. law, that is not just a Hungarian problem. Foreign governments are barred from spending money in American elections, and Americans are forbidden from soliciting or accepting it. If these allegations are true, this is a direct attack on the integrity of American democracy. We need a full investigation by Congress, the FEC, and the DOJ.
