@JacintaNgobese The #JoeSibanyoni case has proven that the Judiciary can be bought and it cannot be denied. The Cartels are flexing their muscles and indicating to us that they are in charge. When this case is re-enrolled, that Magistrate must recuse herself, something is off about her.

Good Day, Today we are at the Kwaggafontein Magistrate Court where Mpumalanga taxi boss Joe “Ferrari” Sibanyoni and his co-accused Bafana Sindane, Phillmon Msiza and Mvimbi Masilela are expected to continue with their bail application. There is a delay due to the prosecutor being unavailable. Shaun Abrahams, who is representing Sibanyoni, has asked for the matter to start in the absence of the prosecutor as he has been instructed to bring an application. @Sowetan1981

@TheJustCaused There are ppl you do not pity even when they are no more. He abused the law and mind you there were dead bodies, everytime his name was mentioned.

Every dog has its day. Since 2011 he was being arrested and set free without conviction but his day arrived. You could be intimidating court officials but your day will arrive.
