My heart goes out to everyone who will acquire cases of Not-Covid this holiday season—complete with negative Covid tests—only to discover it was probably Covid after they end up with LongCovid/post-Covid organ damage later, and absolutely no way to prove it.

Osama Hamdan has just done a press conference in Beirut. It's not about the number of trucks entering Gaza, it's about the number that have been allowed to go north. 65, they say, so far have been allowed which they claim is less than half of what was agreed

Today's release of hostages from Gaza is delayed. Hamas has brought the hostages to the pickup point but refuses to hand them over, accusing Israel of not allowing in the promised 200 trucks of aid daily. According to UN, 137 trucks entered Gaza yesterday, and 133 today. (1/2)

@adrian_smits @SolNataMD If you'd read it, or anything about it, you'd know that that Cochrane study has been widely discredited (e.g. because it included studies in which people weren't always wearing the mask), and that the Cochrane people themselves have said it's been misinterpreted

#Breaking: Gladys Berejiklian and Daryl Maguire have found to have engaged in corrupt conduct by the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) | @lachlan_kennedy #nswpol @nswicac Berejiklian was found to have breached public trust by not disclosing her relationship with the former Wagga Wagga MP, particularly while presiding over multi-million dollar grants for his seat, as well as not reporting his suspected corrupt conduct to ICAC. Maguire was found to have improperly used his office and resources for financial gain for himself, as well as other organisations including the Australian Clay Target Association and the Riverina Conservatorium of Music, both of which are based in Wagga Wagga. ICAC believes Maguire should face charges by the Department of Public Prosecutions, but not Berejiklian.
