Every time I look at Iranian architecture, I ask myself this question. Where did ours go? Iran has been building in brick since before recorded history. Bombed, sanctioned, cut off from the global economy, none of it broke the continuity. The knowledge moved from hand to hand, generation to generation, and arrived here: a studio in Tehran inventing a new type of brick with glass inserts that regulates heat and light in one of the most polluted cities on earth. That won them the RIBA International Emerging Architect prize in 2021. The people who built the pyramids were African. The engineering, the material knowledge, the precision… African. And then somewhere between then and now, that lineage was broken. Colonialism introduced the bias; it reframed local materials as primitive and cement as progress. But here is the part we avoid saying out loud: colonialism ended. The cement block didn’t. African architects, clients, and developers kept choosing it voluntarily. We took the colonial preference and made it our own culture. We are still building that way today. Every plastered concrete block wall going up right now in Accra, Lagos, Nairobi, and Douala is a choice, not a colonial decree. Nobody is forcing that decision anymore. We are. Iran kept its thread through war and sanctions. We inherited peace and abandoned ours anyway. The question is not what was taken. It is why we are still giving it away. Iran is under some of the heaviest economic sanctions in the world. This is what their architects are building anyway. Most of Iran is covered by earth, sand and rock, so brick is not a stylistic choice, it is what the ground offers. Iranian architects took that constraint and turned it into a discipline. Curved façades. Perforated screens. Brickwork laid to recall water moving through sand. A material that every culture has access to, treated here with a precision that most abandon for glass and steel. Sanctions closed the import routes. The architecture got sharper. Keir Starmer is paid by Globalists to force "Global Governance" on British people. Starmer has NO ALLEGIANCE to Great Britain. Foreigners in UK political office have NO ALLEGIANCE to Great Britain. The only people to love, support & defend our country are BRITISH PATRIOTS This is why we are slandered as far right racists, because we don't want GLOBALISM.

You can smell the net zero scam. It was never about ‘saving the planet’ We get higher bills, petrol car bans, carbon taxes and heat pumps… Whilst AI datacentres are preparing to burn gas on site because the grid can’t cope with demand. fossil fuels are unacceptable for us… but perfectly fine for Big Tech server farms powering our digital prison 🔥

This was either group suicide or murder. I've been diving for 30 years. Rescue and deep dive certified. These divers were effectively dead the moment they went in the water. At 150 feet, with recreational gear and without special gas mix, you're already dead. I'm an absolute madman adrenaline junkie. My hard floor is 120 feet. There was no possible way they were coming back, whether they panicked or not. That dive plan was never going to end with any of them alive.

Where she should have surrounded herself with investment bankers & offshore solutions, she surrounded herself with Obore, Sabiiti & the like. Foreign sanctions didn't help her either As long as you expose yourself to UK real estate, better be much more sophisticated than avg Joe

Once @Keir_Starmer resigns, please can we find a way to get a new @MayorofLondon ? Even more importantly, can we remember how much damage it does when we have weak, pathetic simps in charge. Great Britain is turning back to God and turning back to common sense. No more being afraid to speak truth. No more tolerating our culture and faith being mocked. No more pandering to snowflakes. No more indoctrination of our children. No more fake news attacking the character of the real ones. No more BBC. No more the family unit being attacked. No more ridiculous taxes. No more hating on rich and successful British business people. No more being arrested for preaching Jesus. Keir, you’re done. Christ is King 👑

Attacked, Strangled & Robbed 😭😭💔💔💔💔 On Thursday evening, I was chilling at a certain place in Ntinda. As usual, I decided to head home at around 10:30 PM. I grabbed a boda from a nearby stage where there was only one rider parked there, not knowing he was actually a thief. I placed my phone in my bag and sat on the boda. As we moved, the rider branched off at Villa Bukoto Road to the left. I asked him why we were leaving the main road, and he calmly replied that it was a faster route that would connect us to Mawanda Road. At first, I didn’t get scared because there were still shops around. But after some meters, the boda sloped deep down into a route I didn’t recognize. Fear immediately kicked in, and I told him to return to the main road, but he ignored me completely. The road became darker and more isolated with no shops or people around. My heart immediately told me I was in trouble. I screamed and asked the boda guy to stop so I could get off. He responded, “Jawo olugezigezi.” A minute later, another boda carrying other men suddenly appeared behind us. That’s when I realized the rider was working together with them. One of the men strangled me from behind, holding my neck tightly, another covered my mouth so I couldn’t scream, while another one started taking everything I had my bag, which had money, phone, wipes, and keys. After robbing me, they dumped me there alone in the darkness crying like a baby. I walked in fear and shock until I reached a nearby shop. The people there told me they had heard dogs barking and thought it was just people passing by. Thankfully, I found a good Samaritan who offered to take me home, but instead I asked him to take me back to the restaurant because I remembered I had picked the boda from that stage. To cut the story short, that man didn’t even belong to that boda stage. He had simply parked there after seeing no riders around, and unfortunately I innocently picked him, not knowing he was targeting people. At that point, I had no way forward because I had also lost my keys. I asked the boda man who helped me to take me to my friend’s place instead. When we reached, I knocked and asked my friend for 10k to pay him, but the man refused to take the money, saying he only helped me. May God bless him wherever he is🙏🙏 My friend later took me to the nearest clinic for first aid because I had bruises around my neck. Thank God for the second chance at life❤️❤️❤️❤️
