Why was Eton-educated Kwasi Kwarteng taking a call and laughing during the most sombre occasion in British memory, the funeral service for the Queen? I’d blame the schooling.
@Adam_21A@GBNEWS I'm fortunate that we have private health care orcfuture through work but not the point, it's bad as we're lucky for now. 7 Yr old with tooth ache has to take day out of school hechas just joined, go 80 miles to dentist to check a filling that was done weeks ago before we moved
@Tim_Matthews1@GBNEWS Government gives nhs dental practices a limited pot of money (UDAs) that is used on nhs patients. Use up too quickly and dentists end up doing work for free. Don't use up all the UDAs and government financially penalises dentists. Many dentists giving their nhs contracts back
Can you have the pinnacle of your career at 22? Asking for myself because I’m pretty sure this is it? (she’s so beautiful and so perfect and so ridiculously kind and so insanely eloquent and no I’m never ever ever getting over this as long as I live)
@notlistenning1@Linda_as_was If it was an issue for her and she was against the restrictions she could of done something. Commander in chief, Queen, head of commonwealth and COE. She had a bit of power but chose not to use it so must of been involved.
@TheRealKeean Don't like his politics but he's just having a laugh. Nout wrong with it, not like he turned up hammered and had a pop at William then tried to snog Kate and Megan before being sick over Camilla as she was calming him down.
@PeterTatchell We have choice, just need to choose to unplug for a bit. We just don't agree with it all and it's over the top hysteria to stop the big debate, but others do so fair do enough.
BBC is acting like North Korea TV. The public has no choice. Queen's funeral is on both BBC1 & BBC2 from 8am to 5pm. 9 hours non-stop! Plus on nearly all BBC radio stations. I respect those who want to pay homage to the Queen but also those who do not bbc.co.uk/news/uk-629411…
@johnredwood Carry on at this pace and in 20 years she will be Mother Xmas who brings the pressies and goodwill toball and Santa can be written out of history. Merry Lizmas to everyone
Today the world's eyes are on London. In death as in life the Queen has brought world leaders together. As they grieve and remember her life of service may they promote the causes of peace and goodwill she stood for.
@markadayofdays To tomorrow is the day, the time, the place we discuss the future of the Monarchy, King Charkes, Andrew, inheritance and income tax, land ownership, political affiliation, extended RF relations etc. I'll set my alarm and be at front of that queue
@SamanthaTaghoy More like a PR agent advised her to get a job abd they will be se to milk it for positive press for years and build her public profile.
I applaud the fact that Lady Louise Windsor (the Queen’s granddaughter) has a job working in a garden centre for £6.83.
It demonstrates genuine humility and good work ethic — wanting to earn her own money like everyone else and not seeing ‘normal’ jobs as beneath her.
@Misty19901991 You can love England but not be a monarchist. You can like the Monarchy but think looking at a coffin is not for me and there will be some who see the Monarchy as representing the bad part of Engkand but like it here as its home, where family family and work is. Ask the Irish.
The Speaker of the House of Commons has literally said the Queen's funeral is "the most important event the world will ever see" on national television, and no-one pushed back on him.
@piersmorgan People are queuing up as they know its nearing the end of the Monarchy as we know it, they know it very possibly ends with Queen Elizabeth. Everyone knows that deep down it's no longer relevant nor needed and that's the reason for the mass mourning and 'deep sadness'.
Tomorrow will be the biggest gathering of world figures in history.
All here to pay tribute to the greatest monarch in history.
It will be an extraordinary day. #QueenFuneral

Up to 1 million Brits have queued to see the Queen lying in state or will queue to watch her funeral.
66.5 million Brits have not queued and have no plans to do so.
Jacob Rees-Mogg is set to scrap the Working Time Directive so that workers can be forced to work over 48 hours a week.
A man who wouldn't understand real work if he lived another 100 years.
