@volklub The batterys are holding up extremely well. @shoffr_in E6’s have run more than 2.5 lakh Kms without any battery degradation. The only issue is the suspension in them have started degrading . But I guess EVs have stiffer suspensions and this is normal wear and tear .

Many years of TrainingPeaks data from top cyclists I have worked with show a consistent pattern: ~40–60% of the best 5, 10 and 20 min power outputs were achieved during training in individually prescribed HIIT sessions ~40–60% occur during races. In simple terms: -Zone 2 builds the mitochondrial engine. -HIIT adds the glycolytic turbo. Both bioenergetic stimuli must coexist in a training plan of competitive and recreational athletes. No engine ➡️ the turbo blows up. This is why the Zone 2 vs HIIT debate is futile. It was never either/or. If you want a deeper explanation: 👇 inigosanmillan.substack.com/p/zone-2-vs-hi…

@pritishposwal Outlet stores sell products made specifically for outlets. These are generally lower quality than regular retail versions. Fine for things like bags or T-shirts, but for shoes it’s something to think about. Learnt it the hard and expensive way

@Sunitasriv these hacks help but the real solution to constant hunger on high-protein diets is usually adding some fiber, electrolytes, and moderate carbs. HerBalance patients usually have 250gm Beets and 250gm carrots with 50gm arugula daily divided among meals. The fiber keeps them full

this is actually insane > be tech guy in australia > adopt cancer riddled rescue dog, months to live > not_going_to_give_you_up.mp4 > pay $3,000 to sequence her tumor DNA > feed it to ChatGPT and AlphaFold > zero background in biology > identify mutated proteins, match them to drug targets > design a custom mRNA cancer vaccine from scratch > genomics professor is “gobsmacked” that some puppy lover did this on his own > need ethics approval to administer it > red tape takes longer than designing the vaccine > 3 months, finally approved > drive 10 hours to get rosie her first injection > tumor halves > coat gets glossy again > dog is alive and happy > professor: “if we can do this for a dog, why aren’t we rolling this out to humans?” one man with a chatbot, and $3,000 just outperformed the entire pharmaceutical discovery pipeline. we are going to cure so many diseases. I dont think people realize how good things are going to get

@HeroEnlightened @JohnGoldman Yes! Agree . I train Muay Thai. So 10k steps daily . Zone 2 2x a week and 1 Nordic 4x4 is what I am doing for the past 4 months . Has upped my bag and pad work significantly. Even the elite fighters in my group struggled with Nordic when through we routinely train in Zone 5

@Tim_NumpyNinja @JohnGoldman The classic approach is Base, Threshold, VO2max which equates to Z1,Z2, Z3. Recommend 90% Z1, 5/8 % Z2, 1/2 % Z3 in the yearly schedule. But most important is building a big aerobic base. Lots of easy.

Hi Nafi, We don't track people's calls. That's now how it works. Once you have created your family group in Truecaller and the family members have accepted your invite, only then a fraud call identified by Truecaller will notify the admin of suspicious activity. It's the best way to ensure that elders and less tech savvy people are not scammed.

@Tim_NumpyNinja @JohnGoldman Very little info unless you are in threshold phase of schedule. Would not recommend if building long term VO2max.

@zbitter VO₂ max discourse online assumes people can actually measure it. Most can’t. In clinic we use CPET to separate heart vs lung vs deconditioning. The real gap isn’t the metric…it’s access

VO2max has now crossed the popularity threshold where it has become ripe to criticize as a way to garner attention and look more informed on the matter. This is because as it gained popularity, online personalities had to “stand out” amongst the enormous number of people talking about it. This always ends with outrageous claims about it. A shift towards another training intensity will come next, which will advance the same cycle.

@zbitter Vo2 max training has certainly upped my Muay Thai bag and pad work performance. Even the most elite fighters in my group struggled with vo2 max initially. The longevity claims by Dr Attia ans Dr Rhonda might be overhyped

@spooky_JL Calorie deficit doesn’t mean zero fuel. Protein high, carbs around training and good sleep , lifting 4x/week is standard for recomposition. If you are sore up magnesium intake ans try to use machines

@bronzeageshawty “Just overload vitamin C” isn’t fully correct: Absorption drops sharply after ~200–400 mg per dose Excess mostly gets excreted in urine 2 g/day can cause GI issues or increase oxalate kidney stone risk in some people

I am ingesting an excess of vitamin C every day and my skin has never looked better. Acerola cherry powder in orange juice, kiwi, papaya. It's hard to overdose on vitamin C. So just overload it.
