GW1 Frimpong went off on a clean at 59.50 and my double Brighton defence conceded a 96th min goal after conceding not much xG.
GW2 my captain Saka went off before 60 mins
GW3 my captain Cunha went off injured and I was 8m OR, so season done

The really annoying thing about getting a low rank is people assume you are bad at fpl.
I’ll just have a similar mindset next season where I don’t ever take hits, make moves on deadline day and have a good team most weeks.
It’s funny when you get a 12m GW rank and you get criticism for Treble Arsenal defence, Enzo and Sarr at home to Burnley and Wolves and Haaland(c). What can you do?

@Vigilante_1983 @gymmaxxfit Ground beef, eggs, fish, steak. I use a vegan protein powder as I’m dairy intolerant

@TimbersFPL @gymmaxxfit I have some dietary restrictions so whey powder isn’t possible to use and I don’t like chicken. So I am having a hard time hitting the protein requirements. I ordered egg protein powder, see if that is tolerable..thx man!

@PalworldDaily @Vigilante_1983 @gymmaxxfit I’ve managed my transformation with severe intolerances to wheat, dairy, soya & corn. Plus really bad IBS.
I have a fairly tight list of foods that I eat

Trained hard, lots of steps every day (12-14K), and discipline with food. Logging food accurately etc

@CountryTasha86 Too much shoulder movement for me. These are best when you are just bending & straightening at the elbow.

I have been building up to doing body weight by using the assisted machine. Best I’ve done using BW is 8 reps with a shoulder width neutral grip. But I always do them first, so this was after 2-3 warm up sets only
