I lost track, but I think this is day five or six of cutting carbs back. I don’t see much change in my body, but I think there might be slightly more definition in my arms. 🤷🏻‍♀️

@DeanTTraining I curl on the lat pulldown now facing the other way. Regular curls or hammer curls Game changer. I’m also doing BTB / Bayesian curls on an incline bench for added stability

Once you do your Hammer Curls like this once…. You will NEVER GO BACK It’d simply the BEST WAY to perform them

First time doing these. I couldn’t figure out how to hold more weight without shifting the movement. 45 pound plate is too big and if I hold 2 25’s it shifts the movement it’s to thick. Anyone have any ideas? 🤷🏻‍♀️

@WhitneyGrenaway Best way to increase difficulty = hold a weight nearer your head. 1 thing I’d consider here - it looks like you are overextending at the top. I wouldn’t come up too high @DeanTTraining often posts videos of this exercise for you to check technique

If Palace win tonight & MCI v CRY is a blank, is selling Haaland ok? The 2 common chips strats make this viable Option 1 - WC32, FH34 31 - BGW 32 - WC back in 33 - likely DGW 34 - FH in BGW Option 2 - FH33, WC35 31 - BGW 32 - CHE (a) 33 - FH in DGW 34 - BGW 35 - WC

In option 1 you would sell for 1st blank, bring him back for Chelsea & DGW, then FH34 him out in the blank In option 2 you would sell for 1st blank, miss having him for Chelsea, then FH34 him in for the DGW, then he blanks. Before bringing him back GW35 wildcard #FPLCommunity

I always tell people this. You can legit drop about 5-10lbs of body fat in a month. Could take you 1-2 years to even gain 5lbs of muscle. Shows where you should spend the majority of your time.

@CoachFHM Thank you. I think i want to see a bit more of my abs before they disappear for 4-6 months on a bulk. So perhaps another 1-2 months in a small deficit then.

2 sides of the coin mate in which way to approach it. I'd only make a decision for you If you were my client as an example (would be negligible of me to advise otherwise without knowing you fully) Wanna take off a little more body fat? I don't see that as being harmful. Wanna start a slow build now? You're not in a bad spot either. Use your personal judgement!

@Glitchy477240 @EDDZ1910649 @CoachFHM Going to see what coach says here. I’ve seen quite a lot about needing to be under 15% body fat before bulking. I’m estimating but the fact that abs aren’t all that visible suggests I’m more like 16-17% body fat, rather than 14-15%
