Creatine deficiency may be common in India. Why? • 30–40% Indians are vegetarian • Creatine is found almost exclusively in meat & fish • Plant foods contain virtually none Your body makes ~1 g/day, but total needs are ~2–3 g/day. Low creatine stores can mean: • Lower strength & power • Slower muscle recovery • Brain fatigue / poorer cognitive performance Best sources: 🥩 Red meat 🐟 Fish 🍗 Chicken Or 3–5 g creatine monohydrate daily. Sometimes a “supplement” is just replacing what the diet removed.

Hunger isn’t just calories. It’s unmet nutrition. You can eat 1000+ calories of carbs and still feel like snacking. But a protein + fat dense meal? You’re done. Full. Calm. Your body stops asking when its needs are met.

Breast milk contains cholesterol. Let that sink in. The first food humans are designed to consume is rich in cholesterol. Maybe cholesterol was never the villain.

@tallowdotin Yes! Humans ran in sprints (to hunt or away from a prey). It was never marathon style running. One can still run if they enjoy it. But you gotta lift to balance the catabolism.

Every day I argue with runners here who think running is better than building muscle. Your body only learned to survive the run. Not to get stronger. More stress hormone. Less testosterone. Muscle lost. Fat stays. You didn't build a body. You just made it smaller. Go lift something.

"You don’t need the gym to be healthy.” → says the guy with: – no muscle – high body fat – fasting glucose 110 – triglycerides 200 "But my grandparents never..." And they lived till 200. No, they didn't. Walking is great. Yoga is great. Nothing replaces building muscle — your metabolic engine.

Fatty liver is showing up in people who: Eat clean Are not overweight Even lift weights Why? Because it’s not about calories. It’s about insulin exposure over the day

@AFitTrader @Siddurp2 Losing fat is not the only thing. You could eat a kg of sugar and lose fat by burning it off. But what about the biochemistry in your body? Cmon!

Everyone is so fat and disgusting. Even the "thin" people are fat hogs This man is about 15% body fat (if you think he's leaner, you are fat-coping). This is a top 5% leanness physique.... on a dataset 20 years old

@Jainadave_ Nope. Bad for knees. Not to forget, chronic running is catabolic. Occasional sprints are better.

Unpopular opinion: You don't need variety in your training. You need to get stronger at the same movements over and over again. Programme hopping every 4 weeks is why you still look the same.
