Creatine deficiency may be common in India. Why? • 30–40% Indians are vegetarian • Creatine is found almost exclusively in meat & fish • Plant foods contain virtually none Your body makes ~1 g/day, but total needs are ~2–3 g/day. Low creatine stores can mean: • Lower strength & power • Slower muscle recovery • Brain fatigue / poorer cognitive performance Best sources: 🥩 Red meat 🐟 Fish 🍗 Chicken Or 3–5 g creatine monohydrate daily. Sometimes a “supplement” is just replacing what the diet removed.

More people should be hip thrusting for a bullet proof posterior chain. 'I don't have the hip thrust machine', they say. You can still do this! 'I feel awkward doing this'. Imagine how awkward it would be to have weak glutes and chronic back pain because of that.

@Liabarr @Jainadave_ Yes. Men in ancient times hunted mammoths in a fasted state (food wasn't abundant). They carried carcasses weighing several hundred kgs back to their caves. They for sure didn't have a big pre workout meal 😆

@Metabolic1992 @Jainadave_ I do it all the time! I only eat something small when I had low carb day the day before and I have leg day. Other than that, always fasted (mind you, I get up at 4:20am). And yes, I gain muscle easily, especially in my legs.

@Metabolic1992 I'd say training your leg twice a week would be about right for most people. For me I train legs 4 times a week because I'm a powerlifter 😂
