@peteturton85 I got a lunch time detention cos the class lost one glue stick’s lid… Also got detention for failing a German Verbs test by getting 90% And the regular failing to get your homework diary signed = lines (even if you’ve done your homework)…. School was something else!!

On the other side today. So grateful to everyone at @WHHNHS, @WHHPaediatrics @EmergencyWhh, theatre staff and especially @TimboFurniss & @JessicaBTIVA for looking after my little boy (and me!) From coming into a&e at 8.30am, theatre at 10am and home by 4pm. Absolute first class.

@ThreeUKSupport It was in my name, your customer service team still haven’t really explained how it happened but have settled some form of compensation… and have moved to @EE with no hassle… just waiting for the end of my personal contract to I can move there too!

Can’t believe how atrocious the customer service from @ThreeUK has been… the saga has come to a even more ridiculous point this evening… just for my sanity here is a tale of how not to manage your customers… (1/
