Clubs today informed by the League it plans to bring in an additional list spot - like a Category B type of list position. There has been debate on whether the list spot should be mandated or optional, but boosting Indigenous numbers on lists is a priority for the AFL. @AFLcomau

This kid comes along, absolute star, can’t put him in the new third spot because he’s isn’t indigenous. If you’re good enough you’ll make it regardless of your bloodline.
