@ShadiYaghi2 And fits very nicely the discrepant bleeding in RESPECT ESUS vs Navigate ESUS and in RELY / ARISTOTLE vs NAVIGATE AF. We can almost definitively state, once daily pulsatile dosing is not as safe as a smooth, lower level - don’t use rivaroxaban in AF!

Interesting findings of the COBRA trial showing lower bleeding risk with apixaban compared to Rivaroxaban in VTE. This may partially explain some of the discrepancy in findings between the SECRET trial (using Rivaroxaban) & ACTION-CVT in patients with CVT (2/3rd used apixaban).

Great presentation on treat and transfer optimisation from Marc Ribo at #WSC2024. In an optimised system, the threshold for overall harm from prehospital LVO bypass seems to be at about 60 minutes transfer time.
