It seems the woman is now doing it on purpose . She actually leaves her car while getting the kids . How would you handle this situation? I believe it’s illegal to block anyone’s driveway . Not sure it changes in a school zone . ? It wouldn’t bother me if it was only once in a while, but apparently this lady is doing it every single day for long stretches of time.
