I truly appreciate the quality of your services, especially in the transport sector. However, as Ugandans, we need more accessible and experience-driven offerings tailored to the local market. I have consistently received feedback from different Ugandans regarding your pricing. Many find the rates too high, which makes it difficult for them to fully utilize your services. This not only limits access but also affects trust personally, when I refer clients, some assume I may not be genuine due to the pricing concerns. It would be highly beneficial if you could consider introducing subsidized or more flexible rates specifically for Ugandan citizens and tour operators. This would go a long way in promoting local tourism and building stronger partnerships within the industry. Additionally, simplifying the reservation process is crucial. Many potential clients are discouraged by the effort required to make bookings. Creating easier, more convenient ways to reserve services such as seamless online platforms or quick-response booking systems would significantly improve user experience. I believe with these improvements, your services can reach a wider local audience while strengthening trust and long-term engagement.

Funny thing is, we own two really good cameras, but I honestly can’t remember the last time we used them. We’ve fully shifted to phone content. I take my pictures in just a few minutes, post immediately, and move on to other things. Just imagine if we relied on the cameras we’d still be stuck editing just to get the first post out. Instead, I focus on quick phone photos while @WasswaEmma_ handles videos, and within every hour, we’re already onto something else. At some point, when we need high-end professional work, we can always invest and buy time from a professional.
