I don't think we gave enough time to the passing of Scott Adams. He got bumped out of the news cycle way too fast. I think about him every day and all he gave us. We need to reflect on that more. We need his philosophy more than ever in this crazy world. His passing leaves a gaping hole in our collective. I hope everyone who followed him and took those simultaneous sips are still practicing all he taught us.

The way @McDonalds brews their iced coffee (before our new packaging) is to brew 2 bags of hot drip coffee, take the carafe, and pour it over about 60 oz of ice in an urn to “stop” the brewing process so it doesn’t turn bitter. Add your ice, cream, and sugar, and you have a McCafé Iced Coffee. Our iced coffee has more caffeine because it’s a stronger base (brew 2 bags at once) from the start. I thought all restaurants did it this way, but most concepts use a pump bottle of coffee concentrate instead.
