@jammles9 I actually happened to watch the address on CSPAN and ABC right after. Their hack job was one of the worst I've seen on network TV. They didn't have time to polish the cancel attempt enough to look even remotely sane. Disgusting display not worthy of being called reporting.

The apparent reason ABC will not show Trump’s speech is because they claim Trump is expected to make disputed claims about the 2020 election and didn’t want to carry them live without first filtering or fact-checking them. ABC said it could interrupt television programming later if it decided something “significant” happened. ABC made an editorial decision that it, not the sitting president would determine which parts deserved to reach its full broadcast audience. This is maddening.
