@ElCryptoGringo @marcuslemonis @ALTAonline Sure…with broker fees, appraisal, engineer report, legal, loan costs etc the total could get that high (although 10-11% still seems like a lot). In most states a title policy is ~.5% of the total value. Disingenuous to say:

Been following Propy since inception and respect what you guys are doing…but in what universe is a title insurance policy 10-11% of the total value of a home? Highest rate in the nation is TX and that is still under 1%. @ALTAonline thoughts?
