Wisconsin Sheriff Michael J. Bouchard confirmed that a man was arrested after distributing an offensive internet meme depicting him with a Jewish star on his forehead, calling it antisemitic.
The sheriff said the man was “trying to threaten and intimidate” him by posting the meme.

Assuming not on duty, on an operation, law enforcement / an average Western city, sure. Maybe certain cities will have dispensations for concealment or whatnot. But it doesn't matter who comes into your room or what they're doing, you use a gun in there, that's a wrap for your life as you know it. Even if they're literally trying to shoot you with their gun. “You can’t claim you needed the gun for protection if you weren’t legally allowed to have it in the first place.” (This is a direct quote from NYC precedent). So, if you use the gun - whatever you claim are the circumstances - you're screwed.
