Osun can not return to the APC government at the state level, but Adeleke and his followers love receiving nothing less than N7 billion a month in allocations from the APC government at the center.
The governorship of Osun state, from the Osun West zone, should not be the exclusive preserve of the Adeleke family.
The zone is blessed with many more competent, more visionary, and more qualified individuals who also deserve the opportunity to lead and serve the state effectively.
On electricity, AMBO will fix the issue. The president has approved the decentralization of the power sector, which Adeleke is unsure how to address it.
On ROADs, he will fix it!
Vote for AMBO!
#AMBO2026
@Letter_to_Jack Ambo’s is just gaining momentum on the internet but In reality nobody sees him as a threat to Adeleke.
You can enter Osun and ask the people
Adeleke will defeat Ambo Home and away
BAT would not trade away both Oyo and Osun at the same time in his political calculations. For him to appear unbothered by what is unfolding in Oyo and to call GSM's bluff, he must be confident that AMBO will win in Osun.
The AMBO movement is also gaining momentum and now appears to be on the front foot politically in the campaign run-in.
An AMBO victory in Osun would balance out whatever happens in Oyo. Also, with AMBO as Governor of Osun State, BAT can still comfortably win both Oyo and Osun in the 2027 presidential electiona, even with Makinde on the ballot himself.
I haven’t even been in Lagos collectively for 2 weeks this past month and I’ve bought 10GB like 8 times already. Meanwhile I’m either at home or the office with WiFi. Multiple times I’ve stepped outside on a call only for it to disconnect because my data finished again. Make it make sense!
@OgbeniDipo@Deshysmalls@OyebamijiBola Una principle failed to give us stable electricity in 4yr but you want me to believe Ambo with give stable electricity…
Ogbeni you are a big clown…
Adeleke lekan si jo
Key road networks leading into Osun are in urgent need of rehabilitation.
Through effective collaboration with the appropriate agencies, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (@OyebamijiBola) will prioritise restoring these critical roads.
Stable electricity supply is also a major development priority for Osun State. This is an area where the current administration has not delivered the level of progress citizens expect.
AMBO represents a leadership option committed to addressing these challenges and strengthening Osun’s infrastructure. Support AMBO (@OyebamijiBola), the Gubernatorial Candidate of the APC (@OfficialAPCNg) in Osun State 💙.
Opposition are confused AF right now...
In Ọ̀ṣun, they are claiming APC will owe salary if they return to power
But in the same Ọ̀ṣun, they can't mention one state that's owing salary in Nigeria at the moment...
Conclusion: you can't praise Adeleke for being able to pay salaries without appreciating Tinubu for increasing state allocations.
So how will APC owe if they return to power in Ọ̀ṣun?
Good evening!

Lagos State Unveils Plan To Launch State-Owned Driver’s Licence Scheme In Weeks
The Lagos State government says it will soon introduce a state-owned driver’s licence as part of efforts to improve road safety, traffic management, and ease the licensing process for motorists.
Speaking during a press briefing in Ikeja, the Commissioner for Transportation, Oluwaseun Osiyemi, disclosed that Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu is expected to approve the rollout of the initiative within the next few weeks.
According to him, motorists in the state will be able to choose between obtaining the regular federal driver’s licence issued in partnership with the Federal Road Safety Corps or the new Lagos-issued licence.
Osiyemi explained that the initiative is intended to speed up licence processing and reduce delays faced by applicants. He revealed that during the review period, authorities processed 56,876 driver’s licences, including 27,067 fresh applications and 29,810 renewals, in collaboration with the Motor Vehicle Administration Agency and the FRSC.
The commissioner also noted that 1,158 international driving permits were processed within the same timeframe.
On rail transportation, Osiyemi said the second phase of the Blue Line rail project connecting Mile 2 to Okokomaiko is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027 for full commercial operations. He added that the first phase of the Blue Line transported 3.5 million passengers in 2025.
He further disclosed that the state government has acquired 24 new train coaches for the Red Line corridor, while work is progressing on the proposed 68-kilometre Green Line project expected to link Marina to the Lekki Free Trade Zone through Victoria Island, Lekki, Ajah, and Sangotedo. Governor Seyi Makinde did not treat Rt. Hon. Debo Ogundoyin fairly at all.
How do you make someone Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly for two terms, allow him to commit years of loyalty and service to the party and government, only to return him back to contest for the House of Assembly again? That is clearly a political downgrade for a man of his experience, status, and contribution.
Rt. Hon. Debo Ogundoyin deserved much more. Even if Governor Seyi Makinde did not consider him capable of succeeding him as governor, the least he deserved was an opportunity at the Senate or House of Representatives level. That would have shown appreciation for his years of commitment and leadership.
This is one of the reasons many Oyo State politicians struggle to command relevance beyond the state. In other Southwest states, politicians who have served at the level of Speaker are elevated to bigger national positions, not recycled back into the same office they have already occupied for years.
Unfortunately, Governor Seyi Makinde seems more focused on controlling the political structure than genuinely rewarding loyalty, competence, and sacrifice. Decisions like this weaken internal confidence within the party and discourage young politicians who believe dedication and hard work should naturally lead to growth.
On this matter, Governor Makinde did not do well at all.
