My Dad, who was born in 1906, was a UUP member, Orangeman and Presbyterian (almost the three pillars of unionism) and could both speak and read Irish. Regarded it as part of the collective heritage post partition. The family had origins in Sligo and retained links for decades.

I really don't like all this chatter about depowering the scrum.
Powerful scrums, require heavy powerful players.
Heavy powerful players get tired and leave space.
Depowering scrums will mean lighter players and less space overall.

The Mayor of London Sadiq Khan made posts celebrating Ramadan and Lunar New Year this year but ignored Lent - despite it starting on the same day as Ramadan.
Imagine going back in time to the year 1916 and telling someone from England that in 100 years time the Mayor of London would publicly celebrate Ramadan and Lunar New Year but not Lent.
They would assume that Britain had lost a major war and been colonised.
Just an obvious massive world historic break in the cultural continuity of Britain and you’re supposed to just pretend it’s normal.
