@AskPlayStation Well my last PS5 had this issue but last time it was bricked, this is happening on a replacement console you sent out

@PlayStation @AskPlayStation everytime my PS5 goes into sleep mode whilst playing a game my console crashes and has to repair storage damage, still no fix for this?

@AskPlayStation @PlayStation is the PS5 safe to go into sleep mode now? I need to download games but my last PlayStation bricked because of this.

@BenBentaylorr @vbueso @iClokwise @AskPlayStation I called Sony up, took over an hour to get through, I had another issue but mine was completely bricked, they're sending another console out to me

@vbueso @iClokwise @AskPlayStation How do I go about it? Contact Sony them selves or the retailer I bought it from?

@AskPlayStation I have completed all the steps I can, in safe mode it freezes before I am able to carry any steps out and has frozen pixels, I have pictures if they help I can send via DM

@PlayStation @AskPlayStation my PS5 crashed and then said repairing console storage, this restarts then crashes everytime. This eventually loads to database is corrupted, it will be rebuilt then crashes straight away with frozen pixels appearing and dissappear. Please assist.
